The Harmony 1100 is a great remote. I use it with the RF adaptor and have put my components in a closet, it works perfect. Set up can be difficult and time consuming, especially for those not good with electronics. I was unable to get the RF adaptor to pair with the remote during set up and after searching the Logitech FAQ's, I read how to reset the adaptor and it worked after that. Also, I purchased the PS3 adaptor and that works perfect. There is a slight lag time when using the remote's RF capabilities however it is predictable and you get used to it over time.

Overall, it is the perfect solution if you want to hide your componets. The price on amazon is almost $200 cheaper than big box stores so it is a great value. It would have been a 5 star review if set up was easier with RF adaptor.
